Performed topside overhaul. Provided parts, materials, and labor to complete following: perform initial test run of engine, drain engine coolant and engine lube oil. Disassemble engine to allow replacement, and/or to perform required inspections. Removed (2) cylinder heads & kits from each bank on the engine, cam followers, connecting rods, con rod bearings, cylinder head assemblies, cylinder liners, engine lube oil pump, engine wiring harness, exhaust manifold seals, exhaust manifold bellows, fuel pressure regulating valve, fuel priming pump, fuel transfer pump, inlet manifold gaskets, inlet manifold seals, pistons, piston pins, prelube pump, pushrods, rocker arms, spacer plates, turbochargers, camshaft, ECM, crankshaft (rod journals), aftercooler cores, exhaust bellow shields, oil suction screen, & alignment of driven equipment. All items/components to be disassembled & cleaned to allow proper measurements.
